Our 5-Step Cleaning Process
Our specialized cleaning process starts with a complete evaluation of your floor to determine the best cleaning process customized for your type of floor during your no-obligation free estimate.
Step 1
Pre-Inspection
Technicians will evaluate your tile and grout and create a cleaning plan of solutions and processes that will make your particular flooring as clean as possible
Step 2
Area Preparation
We prepare the areas surrounding the tile to be cleaned, covering any adjoining surfaces so as not to disturb carpeted or wood flooring.
Step 3
Dry Soil Removal & Pre-Spray
Our techs sweep or vacuum the entire area to be cleaned. Cleaning agents are sprayed onto the tile to loosen soil and stains.
Step 4
Agitation & Cleaning
We scrub the tile and grout with a special brush or floor machine. Our truck-mounted tile cleaning machine pressure washes and rinses the tile and grout simultaneously.
Step 5
Sealing
The type of sealer and application varies depending on the surface. (If grout recoloring was part of the job, then it would be applied after the cleaning and rinsing.)
