Frequently Asked Questions
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team at (702) 768-9209.
How long does the tile and grout cleaning process take?
Most residential jobs are completed within 3 to 6 hours, depending on the square footage and the condition of the tile. Our high-powered, truck-mounted extraction system allows us to clean efficiently and thoroughly. We also use high-velocity air movers to speed up the drying process so you can get back to your routine as soon as possible.
What is Grout Color Sealing, and how is it different from clear sealing?
Clear sealing is a transparent layer that protects grout from absorbing spills. Grout Color Sealing (or Grout Recoloring) not only protects your grout with a permanent, stain-resistant barrier but also allows you to change or restore the color of your grout lines. It’s the best solution for making old, stained grout look brand new and significantly easier to maintain.
Can you remove pet odors and stains from my tile floors?
Yes! Tile and grout are porous and can trap pet odors and bacteria over time. Our proprietary cleaning solutions and deep extraction methods are specifically designed to eliminate odor-causing contaminants, leaving your home smelling fresh and your floors sanitized.
Why should I hire a professional instead of doing it myself?
Most store-bought grout cleaners are acid-based or contain harsh chemicals that can actually strip away your grout’s structural integrity over time. Professional cleaning uses pH-balanced solutions and specialized equipment that reaches deep into the pores of the grout to remove bacteria and soil that a mop simply pushes around. Plus, our professional-grade sealers provide a level of protection that "DIY" products can't match.
Do I need to do anything to prepare my home before the technicians arrive?
We ask that you move any small items or breakables out of the cleaning area. For larger furniture, our technicians are happy to help move and replace items like chairs or light tables as part of our 10-step cleaning process. We also take great care to protect your surrounding carpets and wood flooring before we begin.
How often should I have my tile and grout professionally cleaned?
For most homes in Las Vegas, we recommend a professional deep cleaning every 12 to 18 months. This helps prevent dirt buildup from becoming permanent and ensures your sealant remains effective. If you have high-traffic areas or pets, you may benefit from a yearly maintenance visit to keep your floors in "like-new" condition.
Ask Us Your Questions
What is included in your $299 Internet Special?
Our Internet Special is a great way to refresh your home! It covers up to 400 square feet of professional tile and grout cleaning. This includes our multi-step deep cleaning process and a free application of our standard grout protector. It’s perfect for most standard kitchens, hallways, or entryways looking for a high-quality restoration at an affordable price.
Do you work on surfaces other than ceramic and porcelain tile?
Absolutely! In addition to standard tile, we specialize in the cleaning and restoration of natural stone surfaces including Marble, Travertine, Slate, and Saltillo. We also offer specialized cleaning for shower stalls and kitchen backsplashes to remove stubborn soap scum and grease buildup that regular household cleaners can't touch.
Will the cleaning process be messy or leave a residue behind?
Not at all. We use a self-contained, truck-mounted vacuum system that extracts the dirt and water directly out of your home and into our waste tank. Because we use high-heat and high-pressure extraction, your floors are left virtually dry and completely free of any sticky soap residue, ensuring they stay clean for much longer than traditional mopping.
How to Measure Your Floors for an Instant Quote
To calculate your square footage for an instant no-hassle quote, use a tape measure or measuring wheel to measure the length and width of your floor, then multiply those two numbers together; for example, a room that is 20 feet long by 13 feet wide equals 260 square feet. Be sure to deduct the measurements of anything in the middle of the room that cannot be cleaned under, such as a permanent countertop or kitchen island, by measuring the length and width of that object and subtracting it from the total room measurement; for instance, a 260 square foot room minus a 25 square foot countertop leaves 235 total square feet to be cleaned. If you provide these measurements when you call, we can give you an immediate estimate over the phone.
